Lookers Chelmsford Ford

Salary: OTE up to £55,000 with £25,000 basic plus uncapped commission!

Working hours: 44 hours on a rota basis, Monday to Friday 09:00 to 18:00, Saturday 09:00 to 17:00, and Sunday 10:00 to 14:00 (one day off midweek and alternate Sundays)

If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you. This role allows you to utilize your customer service skills and provide exceptional experiences to our customers. Previous automotive experience is desirable but not essential; we value willingness to learn and enthusiasm. Full training and support will be provided, including access to Lookers' sales process training from Day 1. At Chelmsford Ford, our Sales Advisors specialize in New or Used car sales, adhering to our FCA regulated sales process. You will be the primary contact for customers, communicating via email, phone, and in person. Attention to detail and excellent administration skills are key to success in closing deals. A full UK driving licence is essential as you may be required to drive some of the most prestigious vehicles on the market.

  • Listening to customer needs and suggesting suitable vehicles
  • Arranging and accompanying test drives
  • Negotiating final sale prices
  • Completing all necessary paperwork
  • Following up post-sale to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Maintaining standards to meet KPIs
