Job summary

The role involves a 5-day week across 6 days, with Saturdays worked and Sundays off. You will engage customers, present vehicles, conduct test drives, and manage part exchanges while meeting performance targets.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through the full sales process to identify their perfect vehicle.
• Proactively follow up leads by phone and online, converting them to appointments.
• Present the full product range with knowledge of equipment, prices, specs and finance options.
• Conduct demonstrations and test drives to showcase suitability and build desire.
• Appraise part exchange vehicles to determine market value.
• Attend on- and off-site sales promotions and events.
• Use IT tools to perform admin tasks and create tailored video presentations for customers.
• Work diligently to meet targets and deadlines.
