Sales Executive - Swedish Speaking (Hybrid working)

Total Compensation: £36k-42k

This is a hybrid working role, open to applicants living within commuting distance of our offices in Fulham, South West London.

About the role:
  1. Utilize techniques learned in training to convert warm inbound leads into new customers.
  2. Take ownership of a valuable portfolio of existing customers, focusing on building relationships, understanding their needs, and maximizing their potential.
  3. Build and develop your sales pipeline proactively.
  4. Work diligently to win new business from leads who have previously enquired but haven't yet converted.
  5. Act as the dedicated point of contact for customer queries via phone and email.
  6. Pursue sales targets and objectives for your assigned territory.
  7. Maintain our CRM system with accurate customer and lead information.
About you:
  • Swedish speaker to native standard.
  • At least 6 months' experience in sales, business development, or account management in a fast-paced environment with short sales cycles.
  • 1 year of B2B sales experience required for sponsorship consideration.
  • Hunter mindset: ambitious and persistent in making sales.
  • Competitive and motivated by earnings.
  • Coachable with a willingness to learn and develop skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, including active listening.
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
  • Proficient IT skills.

  • Basic salary up to £32,000.
  • Uncapped commission, typically £10k in the first year, with higher earnings thereafter.

*Initially, you will work full-time from the office during a four-week training period. Post-training, you will work on a hybrid basis, with office days aligned with your team's schedule. Additional office days can be accommodated upon request.

To work from home, a quiet dedicated workspace and a fixed broadband connection of at least 30Mbps are required. Mobile broadband is not acceptable.
