Sales Executive – Swedish Speaking (Hybrid working)

This role is hybrid, open to applicants living within commuting distance of our Fulham office in South West London.

About the role:

  1. Utilize training techniques to convert warm inbound leads into new customers.
  2. Manage a portfolio of existing customers, building relationships to understand and maximize their potential.
  3. Develop your sales pipeline proactively.
  4. Win new business from previous inquiries that haven't yet converted.
  5. Serve as the point of contact for customer queries via phone and email.
  6. Achieve sales targets for your territory.
  7. Maintain accurate CRM records.

About you:

  • Native Swedish speaker.
  • Minimum 6 months' experience in sales, business development, or account management in a fast-paced environment with short sales cycles.
  • 1 year B2B sales experience required for sponsorship consideration.
  • Ambitious with a 'hunter' mindset.
  • Competitive and motivated by money.
  • Open to learning and skill development.
  • Excellent communication and active listening skills.
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
  • Strong organizational skills and multitasking ability.
