Sales Executive – Swedish Speaking (Hybrid working)

Total Compensation: £36k-42k

This position is hybrid, based in Fulham, South West London, and open to applicants within commuting distance.

About the role:

  1. Utilize training techniques to convert warm inbound leads into new customers.
  2. Manage a portfolio of existing customers, building relationships to understand their needs and maximize potential.
  3. Develop your sales pipeline proactively.
  4. Secure new business from previous inquiries that haven't yet converted.
  5. Serve as the main contact for customer queries via phone and email.
  6. Achieve sales targets within your designated territory.
  7. Maintain accurate records in our CRM system.

About you:

  • Fluent in Swedish (to standard).
  • Minimum 6 months' experience in sales, business development, or account management in a fast-paced environment with short sales cycles.
  • One year of B2B sales experience required for sponsorship consideration.
  • Hunter mindset: ambitious and persistent in making sales.
  • Competitive and motivated by earnings.
  • Coachable, eager to learn and develop skills.
  • Excellent communication and active listening skills.
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
  • Proficient IT skills.

  • Basic salary up to £32,000
