Job Description

Our busy Hyundai dealership in St Albans is looking to add to our team of Sales Executives. This role is suitable for established automotive sales executives.

We offer a high basic salary of £22,500 per annum, linked to an uncapped bonus scheme, with realistic earnings of over £65,000 per year for our top performers.

Role Responsibilities

Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will ensure all customers are greeted and provided with a consistent sales approach, focusing on delivering a full 360-degree sales process.

You will be responsible for maximizing dealership profitability while maintaining excellent customer relations. This includes effectively using Brayleys' sales processes and enquiry management, guiding customers from initial contact through to negotiation and closing the sale.

We want you to interact naturally and courteously with customers in the showroom, on the phone, or online, delivering a great customer experience. You will thoroughly qualify customer needs, explore their demands, and recommend appropriate additional products.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Sales experience, ideally in the automotive industry or a similar high-value sales environment.
  • Experience in delivering first-class customer service in a face-to-face setting.
  • A drive to exceed targets.
  • Strong influencing and negotiation skills to identify and close sales.
  • Full UK driving license.
