Johnsons Cars is seeking a New & Used Car Sales Executive for the Seat/Cupra dealership in Preston. You will welcome customers, understand needs, and guide them through the full sales process from enquiry to handover. This role offers a £22,500 base salary plus realistic OTE of £50,000 and a 5-day working week.

You'll join a high-performing team with industry-leading training, career progression, and benefits including a company car, staff discounts, and a pension scheme.

Qualifications

• Experience in a target-driven, customer-facing sales role.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Motivated, driven, and target-focused mindset.
• Professional approach with a passion for customer service.
• Full UK driving licence held for a minimum of 12 months.
