Our busy Honda dealership in Ruislip is looking to add to our team of Sales Executives. This role is suitable for established automotive sales professionals.
We offer a high basic salary of £22,500 per annum, linked to an uncapped bonus scheme that delivers realistic earnings of over £65,000 per year for our top performers.
Role Responsibilities
Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will ensure all customers are met with a consistent sales approach, focusing on providing a full 360-degree sales process.
You will be responsible for maximizing dealership profitability while maintaining excellent customer relations. This includes effectively using Brayleys' sales processes and enquiry management, guiding customers from initial contact through negotiation and closure.
We want you to interact naturally and courteously with customers in the showroom, on the phone, or online, delivering a great customer experience. You will thoroughly qualify customer needs, explore their demands, and recommend suitable additional products.
