About the job Sales Executive - Recruitment

What you'll be doing:

  1. Selling business solutions to both warm and cold potential clients
  2. Reviewing industry media to broaden your knowledge and generate new business leads
  3. Negotiating headline terms for commercial contracts
  4. Building relationships and managing accounts
  5. Liaising and networking with clients, candidates, airlines and aircraft operators

What you'll need:

  1. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  2. Genuine interest in the aviation, airline or travel sectors
  3. Sales or recruitment experience or a strong desire to make sales your career of choice
  4. Superb organisational, communication, presentation and listening skills
  5. To enjoy hard work, thrive under pressure and like working to targets
  6. Any additional language skills are a bonus
