Job summary

Wallace Hind Selection LTD is seeking a Sales Executive to join our team based near Corby. You will work closely with our Commercial Project Manager to move opportunities from first inquiry to order and delivery.

The role offers a basic salary of £30,000 plus the opportunity to develop in a growing railway-focused business, with benefits including a 30-hour week, generous holiday, a pension scheme and free on-site parking.

Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Office, including Excel and Outlook.
• Experience using SharePoint or a similar document management system.
• Experience maintaining structured records or a CRM.
• Ability to research information independently and accurately.
• Confidence to assist with quotations, commercial comparisons and margin calculations.

Responsibilities

• Keep track of live opportunities and ensure deadlines are met and pipeline accurate.
• Maintain and update the CRM.
• Prepare quotations, proposals and commercial documents.
• Look after SharePoint, keeping technical documents, photographs, manuals, drawings, maintenance records and specifications organised and easy to find.
