Job summary

Wallace Hind Selection is seeking a Sales Executive to join our Corby-based team. This role involves driving opportunities from initial inquiry through to order and delivery while providing research and commercial support to the Commercial Project Manager.

You will track live opportunities, maintain the CRM, prepare quotations and commercial documents, and organize SharePoint materials to support efficient project delivery.

Qualifications

• You’ll ideally have experience with Microsoft Office including Excel and Outlook.
• Experience using SharePoint or a similar document management system.
• Experience maintaining structured records or a CRM.
• The ability to research information independently and accurately.
• The confidence to assist with quotations, commercial comparisons and margin calculations.

Responsibilities

• Keep track of live opportunities, ensuring deadlines are met and the pipeline is accurate.
• Ensure the CRM is maintained and updated.
• Prepare quotations, proposals and commercial documents.
• Look after SharePoint and keep technical documents, photos, manuals, drawings, maintenance records and specs organized.
