Location: Watford, Hertfordshire

Hours: Monday - Friday 08:30-17:30 (1 hour lunch)

Salary: £35,000 to £42,000 Plus Commission

Brook Street is pleased to be recruiting on behalf of our growing client for a Technical Sales Executive to join their team in Watford on a permanent basis.

Our client is a well-established Mechanical company with continuous growth, now looking to appoint a Sales Executive to support their expansion.

Are you an experienced Salesperson with exposure to a technical sales environment? Do you possess a Hunter mentality and enjoy growing clients' pipelines and visiting businesses?

My client, a long-established Mechanical company, has an opening for a strong salesperson to join their team.

This position involves 3-4 days in the office with additional days out in the field visiting clients. Please note that the successful candidate must be a car driver.

As an integral member of the sales team, you will have access to a portfolio of clients but will also be expected to prospect for new business.

Your duties include:

1. Customer web sales meetings
2. Making appointments & on-site visits for key opportunities
3. Acquiring new customers
4. Expanding existing business
5. Following up quotes
6. Maintaining customer relationships
7. Understanding and educating the company about customer needs and market developments
8. Identifying new product opportunities
9. Order intake
10. Invoiced sales
11. New customer acquisition
12. Growth of small and large customer accounts
