Job Description:

My client, a rapidly growing boutique executive search firm specializing in human capital solutions and strategic research for investment management firms in the alternative investment space, is looking to add a Junior Office Manager based in their London office.

The firm has offices in London, New York, and Dubai, with over a decade of experience working with prominent hedge funds, proprietary trading firms, and private equity firms worldwide. They have expanded recently, opening two new offices, increasing headcount, and developing new business arms.

The hire will manage core office operations, including HR onboarding, stakeholder engagement, vendor relations, event organization, and executive diary and travel management for the firm's Partners. Responsibilities also include preparing sensitive documents and troubleshooting IT issues. The role involves supporting early careers recruitment and coordination as the firm grows.

The ideal candidate will have 12–18 months of experience as an Office Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or EA. The firm is open to candidates eager to learn and grow. Strong organizational, communication, and IT skills are highly valued. The firm offers a competitive compensation and benefits package. The office is based in Mayfair, operating on an in-office model.
