My client, a rapidly growing boutique executive search firm specializing in human capital solutions and strategic research for investment management firms in the alternative investment space, is looking to add a Junior Office Manager based in their London office.
The firm has offices in London, New York, and Dubai, with over a decade of experience working with prominent hedge funds, proprietary trading firms, and private equity firms worldwide. They have expanded recently with new offices, increased staff, and new business areas.
The successful candidate will manage core office operations, including HR onboarding, stakeholder engagement, vendor relations, event organization, and executive diary and travel management for Partners. They will also support early careers recruitment and coordination as the firm grows.
Ideal candidates will have 12-18 months of experience as an Office Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or EA, but the firm is open to less experienced candidates willing to learn. Excellent organizational and communication skills are essential, along with strong IT skills. The role is based in their Mayfair office, with a competitive salary and benefits package.
