Job Description:

My client, a rapidly growing boutique executive search firm specializing in human capital solutions and strategic research for investment management firms in the alternative investment space, is looking to add a Junior Office Manager based in their London office.

The firm has offices in London, New York, and Dubai, and a track record of over a decade working with prominent hedge funds, proprietary trading firms, and private equity firms worldwide. It has expanded recently with new offices, increased headcount, and new business arms over the last 2 years.

The hire will manage core office operations, including HR onboarding and stakeholder engagement. They will work with the Office Manager to ensure smooth daily operations, manage external vendor relationships, organize events, handle executive diary and travel arrangements, prepare sensitive documents, and troubleshoot IT issues. The role also involves supporting early careers recruitment and coordination as the firm grows.

The ideal candidate will have 12-18 months of experience as an Office Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or EA, but the firm is open to less experienced candidates willing to learn. Excellent organizational and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to fit into the company's culture. Strong IT skills are highly preferred.
