Portakabin Ltd is seeking a proactive Sales Executive to join the team in Trafford Park. You will drive sales and order-winning activities by actively promoting Portakabin products and services, while handling quotations and customer enquiries with a focus on accuracy and timeliness.

You will collaborate with multiple teams, manage stock and payments, and contribute to structured business development campaigns to meet targets.

Formación

• Administrative experience in a customer service environment.
• Experience in a target driven environment.
• Experience in business development activities (inbound/outbound calls).
• GCSE or equivalent including Maths and English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Working knowledge of SAP (or similar systems).

Responsabilidades

• Execute all commercial administrative activities accurately and efficiently.
• Collaborate across teams to provide business development, commercial and administrative support to achieve order targets.
• Support onboarding and training for new team members.
• Identify and resolve issues to improve processes.
• Prioritise customer service to maximise satisfaction and ensure continuity of service for future opportunities.
• Collate quotations and follow up with customers on time.
• Respond to customer enquiries within SLA timelines.
• Maintain accurate customer information and stock records.
