Job summary

Maitland Selwyn is seeking a New Homes Sales Executive to cover Chester & North Wales, with a Prestatyn base and a hot desk at Head Office. You will travel across the Chester & North Wales region, delivering an exceptional customer journey from enquiry to completion.

The role suits an experienced property sales professional or strong sales/customer service candidate. The position offers a base salary of £30,000–£32,000, 4–5 days per week including weekends, and a pension with mileage

Qualifications

• Experience in property/new homes sales is desirable but strong transferable sales experience will be considered.
• Confident, personable and commercially minded.
• Passionate about delivering excellent customer service.

NEW HOMES SALES EXECUTIVE – CHESTER & NORTH WALES

Location: Floating across Chester & North Wales – Prestatyn-based, with access to a hot desk at Head Office
Salary: £30,000–£32,000 per annum
Working pattern: 4 or 5 days per week, including weekends

We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven New Homes Sales Executive to join our team, working across our developments in Chester & North Wales.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced property sales professional, or someone with strong sales and customer service experience looking to build a career within the new homes sector.

The Role

As a New Homes Sales Executive, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer journey from initial enquiry through to reservation and completion. You will work across a number of developments, building strong relationships with customers and supporting the sales performance of each site.

The role will be Prestatyn-based, with a hot desk available at Head Office, and will involve travelling across the Chester & North Wales region.

What We're Offering

• £30,000–£32,000 basic salary
• 4 or 5 days per week, including weekend working
• 25 days' annual holiday
• Mileage reimbursement at 35p per mile
• 5% employer pension contribution after 3 months

About You

We're looking for someone who is:

• Confident, personable and commercially minded
• Passionate about delivering excellent customer service
• Comfortable working independently across multiple locations
• Target-driven with strong sales and negotiation skills
• Well organised and able to manage multiple customers and sales enquiries
• Experienced in property/new homes sales is desirable, but strong transferable sales experience will also be considered
• Able to work weekends as part of the role
