Job summary

Hawk Hiring in Aldershot is seeking a Car Sales Executive to drive vehicle sales with a customer-first approach. You will manage the full sales process for new and used cars, present finance options, and tailor products to customer needs while delivering a high-quality, non-pushy customer experience.

The role offers a base salary with an attractive OTE, a Monday-Saturday schedule (08:30–17:00) and a 5:00 PM finish on weekdays, Sundays on rota, plus a company car and ongoing training.

• Customer-focused sales experience, preferably in automotive sales.

Responsibilities

• Manage full sales process for new and used vehicles with a high-quality customer experience.
• Present finance packages, service plans, and add-on products tailored to customer needs.
• Maximize sales opportunities by handling incoming leads from phone, walk-ins and web inquiries.
• Maintain excellent customer satisfaction scores through service excellence.

• Lead Management: Maximizing sales opportunities by efficiently handling incoming telephone, walk-in, and web leads.
• Service Excellence: Maintaining our reputation for excellence by consistently achieving top-tier customer satisfaction scores.

Commutable Locations: This role is based in Aldershot, making it an easy commute from Guildford, Farnborough, Fleet, and Camberley.
