Job summary

ACS Staffing Solutions in Northampton is seeking a Sales Executive to drive new business, manage accounts and build strong customer relationships.

This full-time, permanent role combines sales, account management and business development, with opportunities to attend exhibitions and events. Salary £26,300 per annum plus a performance-based bonus scheme. Monday–Friday, 08:30–17:00, Northampton location.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales, account management or a commercial environment would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop existing customer accounts
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Follow up enquiries, leads and product samples
• Identify opportunities to increase sales and customer retention
• Attend exhibitions, trade shows and industry events
• Support quotations, product information and sales documentation
• Maintain accurate customer and sales records
• Liaise with internal teams to meet customer requirements
• Support the wider sales team with day-to-day activities
