Job summary

Listers Group in Lincoln is recruiting a Car Sales Executive for our Toyota dealership. You will build trust with customers, qualify leads, and create an effective first impression to exceed expectations. Working hours are Monday to Saturday, with a day off in the week and Sundays on a rota basis (8.30–6 Mon–Fri, 9–5 Sat, 10–5 Sun).

Qualifications

• Experience in car sales or retail management is beneficial.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed targets.
• Ability to quickly establish rapport with customers.

Responsibilities

• Build trust, communicate effectively and exceed customer expectations.
• Maximise opportunities through prospecting, follow-up calls and inquiries.
• Achieve monthly KPIs for unit sales, profit per unit, finance penetration and add-ons.
• Adhere to FCA and data protection obligations in handling customer data.
