Job summary

Autohorn, based at Clifton Moor in York, is seeking a motivated Sales Executive to join our friendly team. You will engage with customers who have already enquired, understand their needs, and guide them through the sales process to deliver an outstanding experience from first contact to sale.

This role runs Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week, with a basic salary of £29,941 and a realistic OTE of £40,000–£45,000.

Qualifications

• Previous experience within a sales environment.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• A positive and target-driven attitude.
• Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Experience using CRM systems would be beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Responding to inbound telephone and online enquiries.
• Understanding customers' needs and recommending suitable vehicle solutions.
• Guiding customers through the complete sales process.
• Building strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Maximising opportunities to sell additional products, including insurance.
• Contacting existing customers when they're ready for their next vehicle.
• Keeping accurate records using our CRM system.
• Delivering an outstanding customer experience on every enquiry.

Flexible working hours:

• 8.00am - 4.00pm
• 8.30am - 4.30pm
• 9.00am - 5.00pm

This isn't a cold calling role.

You will be speaking with customers who have already made an enquiry and are genuinely interested in our products and services.Your role is to understand what they're looking for, guide them through the process and deliver an outstanding customer experience from the first conversation through to the point of sale.
