Sales Executive – Business to Business

Location: Fareham

Hours of work: Monday to Friday between 8.45am and 5.30pm

Salary: £25,000 up to £50k with £60k OTE. Plus, fantastic benefits.

Due to growth, our client is recruiting sales executives for their telecoms team.

Role responsibilities:
  • Build relationships with decision-makers
  • Make outbound calls to discuss telecom requirements
  • Upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Create bespoke solutions for clients
  • Obtain new business through a consultative approach
  • Maintain and update customer database
  • Foster ongoing relationships for future business
  • Achieve KPIs and targets
Ideal candidate qualities:
  • Previous sales experience (advantageous but not essential)
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Good negotiation and influencing skills
  • Determined to succeed
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment
