Job summary

We Buy Any Car Ltd. is seeking a Sales Executive in the United Kingdom. You will be the main point of contact for customers, conduct appraisals, negotiate prices, close deals and deliver excellent service.

The role requires 42.5 hours per week on a 5-on/2-off rota, with weekend work and strong bonus prospects. No prior car knowledge is required; full training is provided. Join a fast-growing, market-leading brand with 500+ branches.

Qualifications

• A current full UK manual driving license.
• Experience of working in a target driven environment.
• Customer-focused with excellent communication skills and telephone manner.
• Ability to work well under pressure and by yourself (lone working).
• Ability to organise and prioritise own workload.
• Be able to build lasting relationships with clients/customers.
• Excellent administration and IT skills.

Responsibilities

• Buy cars and ensure the efficient running of branches, acting as the main point of contact for customers.
• Contact customers and prioritise your diary to achieve appointments and meet targets.
• Do appraisals on cars, negotiate prices, close deals and deliver customer service.
• Liaise with back office and colleagues to ensure smooth operations.

About The Role

Job: Sales Executive

Salary: £28,200 per year (OTE £35,220)

Bonus: Fantastic monthly bonus and annual bonus based on company performance

Hours: You will work 42.5 hours per week on a rotational shift pattern of 5 days on 2 days off. Weekend work is involved.

Responsibilities:

As a Sales Executive with WBAC you will:

• First-and-foremost our Sales Executives buy cars, but also ensure the efficient running of their branches. You are the main point of contact for our customers.
• Contact customers and prioritise your diary to achieve appointments and meet targets.
• Doing appraisals on cars, negotiating prices, closing deals, and delivering exceptional Customer service to our customers.
• Liaising with the back office and work colleagues through.
