Job summary

WE BUY ANY CAR LIMITED is seeking a dynamic Sales Executive for our UK network. You will be the main point of contact for customers, driving appraisals, pricing, and closing deals while delivering outstanding service.

The role requires a full UK driving licence, resilience in a target-driven environment, and the ability to work weekends. Training is provided; progression and performance bonuses are on offer.

Qualifications

• Ability to work well under pressure and by yourself (lone working).

Responsibilities

• Contact customers and prioritise your diary to achieve appointments and meet targets.
• Conduct appraisals on cars, negotiate prices, close deals, and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Be the main point of contact for customers and ensure the efficient running of branches.
• Liaise with back-office and colleagues to complete sales processes.

About The Role

Job: Sales Executive

Salary: £28,200 per year (OTE £35,220)

Bonus: Fantastic monthly bonus and annual bonus based on company performance

Hours: You will work 42.5 hours per week on a rotational shift pattern of 5 days on 2 days off. Weekend work is involved.

Responsibilities:

As a Sales Executive with WBAC you will:

• First-and-foremost our Sales Executives buy cars, but also ensure the efficient running of their branches. You are the main point of contact for our customers.
• Contact customers and prioritise your diary to achieve appointments and meet targets.
• Doing appraisals on cars, negotiating prices, closing deals, and delivering exceptional Customer service to our customers.
• Liaising with the back office and work colleagues through.

Requirements:

• A current full UK manual driving license
• Experience of working in a target driven environment
• Customer-focused with excellent communication skills and telephone manner
• Ability to work well under pressure and by yourself (lone working)
