Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively contact prospective clients through phone calls, emails, and LinkedIn to generate interest in Metroguard and Double Check’s services.
  • Schedule appointments for senior sales team members with decision-makers and key stakeholders.
  • Research target clients to personalise outreach and identify opportunities for collaboration.
  • Maintain and update lead and prospect information in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute targeted outreach campaigns.
  • Provide detailed feedback and insights on client responses to improve future strategies.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience: Previous experience in appointment setting, telesales, or lead generation is preferred.
  • Skills: Outstanding communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Organised: Strong time management and attention to detail for managing pipelines and follow-ups.
  • Self-Motivation: Proactive and results-driven, able to work independently in a hybrid environment.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM systems, email outreach tools, and video conferencing platforms.
