Sytner Group is excited to offer a Permanent Sales Executive role with a basic salary of £21,000 and the potential to earn a generous commission.

Our Sales Executives are central to delivering first-class customer experiences at our dealerships. As a Sales Executive, you will be the key contact for customers during their car buying journey, ensuring excellent service every time.

About The Role

Sytner Select Swindon has an exciting opportunity for someone with a customer service or sales background. You will communicate with customers to understand their needs and support them through their car purchase.

Our flexible working patterns often include weekends to provide the highest level of service. Alongside a salary and an OTE of £37,520, benefits include a company car, subsidised manufacturer car schemes, discounted MOT and servicing, a colleague referral scheme, discounted gym memberships, and retail discounts.

About You

You should have good interpersonal skills, pride in engaging face-to-face with customers, and a passion for outstanding customer service. A full UK driving licence is advantageous.

Please note that you may be asked to attend an assessment centre. Successful applicants will be notified of details after the role closes. Candidates should have customer service experience in a retail environment.
