Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in person and by phone to understand needs and present suitable vehicle and service options.
• Manage the sales process from enquiry to delivery, including test drives, quotations and documentation handover.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of prospects through follow-up, outreach and local networking.
• Provide accurate information on vehicle features, finance options and aftersales services typical to the automotive industry.
• Work with colleagues in finance, service and administration to ensure a smooth customer journey and timely delivery.
• Meet individual and team sales targets and contribute to showroom appearance and merchandising.
• Maintain CRM records and sales reporting to support forecasting and performance review.

Sales Executive

Paul Rigby Ltd is looking for a friendly, motivated Sales Executive based in Stratford-upon-Avon, Warwickshire. This role helps connect customers with the right vehicles and services and makes a direct contribution to the customer experience and business performance.

Purpose of the role

The Sales Executive will generate and convert sales opportunities within the automotive sector, build lasting customer relationships, and support the showroom and aftersales teams to meet commercial targets. This is a Full-time, Permanent position.

Key responsibilities

• Existing local contacts or knowledge of the Stratford-upon-Avon market.
• Full UK driving licence.

Qualifications

• No specific formal qualification is required beyond those listed above; relevant sales or customer service qualifications will be an advantage.

What Paul Rigby Ltd offers

Pay: £16,500 to £50,000 per Annum
