Job summary

Marshall Nissan Grantham, part of Marshall Motor Group, is seeking a confident Car Sales Executive to join our busy sales team. You will guide customers from initial enquiry through to handover, helping them find the right vehicle and financing options.

This full-time role offers a £27,000 basic salary with uncapped £50,000+ OTE, plus a company car and guaranteed earnings in month one. We provide a 3-day off-site Sales Customer Journey training, ongoing manufacturer training, and a generous

About The Role

Car Sales Executive - Volume

Marshall Nissan Grantham

Full-time | 40 hours per week, Monday to Saturday and Sunday on a rota basis

In this role:

• You'll be responsible for guiding customers through every stage of their car-buying journey, from first enquiry through to handover.
  
• You’ll build lasting relationships, take time to understand each customer's needs, and help them find the right solution; whether that's a brand-new vehicle, a quality used model, or tailored finance and insurance options throughout our non-advised customer journey; you'll learn all about it at our bespoke 3 day Sales Training course.

We're looking for:

• Someone with no sales experience will be considered, as long as the right attitude is there.
  
• Someone with good communication skills and a natural ability to build rapport, while thriving in a target-driven setting that rewards both performance and professionalism.
• Most importantly, someone who's passionate about delivering great outcomes and proud to represent a brand that people trust.
