cinch Changan & XPENG Braintree, part of Marshall Motor Group, is hiring a confident Sales Executive to guide customers from enquiry to handover and help them choose the right vehicle or finance options. You will learn the bespoke 3-day Sales Training course and build lasting relationships with customers.

The role offers £27,000 basic with £50,000+ OTE (uncapped), a company car, and a first-month guaranteed earnings of £3,333, plus 25 days' annual leave, life assurance and a pension.

Car Sales Executive

Full-time | 40 hours per week, Monday to Saturday and Sunday on a rota basis

In this role:

• You’ll be responsible for guiding customers through every stage of their car-buying journey, from first enquiry through to handover.
  
• You’ll build lasting relationships, take time to understand each customer's needs, and help them find the right solution; whether that’s a brand-new vehicle, a quality used model, or tailored finance and insurance options throughout our non-advised customer journey; you'll learn all about it at our bespoke 3 day Sales Training course.

We're looking for:

• Someone with previous sales experience, whether in automotive or another fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
• Someone with good communication skills and a natural ability to build rapport, while thriving in a target-driven setting that rewards both performance and professionalism.
