Job summary

Marshall Aston Martin Tunbridge Wells is seeking a confident, customer-focused Car Sales Executive to guide customers from first enquiry through to handover, and to build lasting relationships by understanding each client’s needs.

This full-time role offers a £27,000 basic salary with £50,000+ OTE (uncapped), a company car, 25 days’ annual leave, life assurance and pension, exclusive discounts, and bespoke three-day sales training to accelerate your career at Marshall.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing sales roles.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
• Willingness to work Saturdays on a rota.

In this role:

• You’ll be responsible for guiding customers through every stage of their car-buying journey, from first enquiry through to handover.
  
• You'll build lasting relationships, take time to understand each customer’s needs, and help them find the right solution; whether that’s a brand-new vehicle, a quality used model, or tailored finance and insurance options throughout our non-advised customer journey; you’ll learn all about it at our bespoke 3 day Sales Training course.

We're looking for:

• Someone with previous sales experience, whether in automotive or another fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
• Someone with good communication skills and a natural ability to build rapport, while thriving in a target-driven setting that rewards both performance and professionalism.
• Most importantly, someone who's passionate about delivering great outcomes and proud to represent a brand that people trust.
