Job summary

Hartwell PLC in Scunthorpe is seeking a Sales Executive to join our BYD dealership. You will greet customers, explain features, financing options and add-on products, and manage relationships face to face, by email and by phone.

No previous automotive experience is required; we provide industry-leading training. You must be customer-focused, a good listener, adaptable, and willing to work retail hours; a full UK driving licence is essential.

Qualifications

• Customer service mindset with a focus on the buyer experience.
• Strong communication and listening skills across in-person, email and phone.
• Empathetic approach with ability to read customers and respond appropriately.
• Basic understanding of automotive products and financing options is a plus.

• Demonstrate the features and benefits of vehicles, finance and value added products.
• Manage relationships with customers face to face, via email and on the telephone.
• Administer and organise the delivery of products and services.
• Maintain Manufacturer and Dealership standards.
