Job summary

We Buy Any Car Ltd. in the United Kingdom is seeking a Sales Executive to be the primary contact for customers and drive branch performance by facilitating car purchases.

You will negotiate, appraise vehicles, and deliver outstanding service while working within a fast-paced, target-driven team. Training is provided, with a robust bonus structure and benefits package.

Qualifications

• A current full UK manual driving license.
• Experience in a target-driven environment.
• Customer-focused with excellent communication skills and telephone manner.
• Ability to work under pressure and by yourself (lone working).
• Ability to organise and prioritise own workload.
• Be able to build lasting relationships with clients/customers.
• Excellent administration and IT skills.

Responsibilities

• Buy cars and ensure the efficient running of the branch; you are the main contact for customers.
• Contact customers and prioritise your diary to achieve appointments and meet targets.
• Conduct appraisals, negotiate prices, close deals, and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Liaise with the back office and colleagues to keep processes flowing.

About The Role

Job: Sales Executive

Salary: £28,200 per year (OTE £35,220)

Bonus:Fantastic monthly bonus and annual bonus based on company performance

Hours: You will work 42.5 hours per week on a rotational shift pattern of 5 days on 2 days off. Weekend work is involved.

Responsibilities:

As a Sales Executive with WBAC you will:

• First-and-foremost our Sales Executives buy cars, but also ensure the efficient running of their branches. You are the main point of contact for our customers.
• Contact customers and prioritise your diary to achieve appointments and meet targets.
• Doing appraisals on cars, negotiating prices, closing deals, and delivering exceptional Customer service to our customers.
• Liaising with the back office and work colleagues through.
