If so, we have an exciting opportunity for a full-time Sales Executive to join our sales team. The role involves providing customer-centric sales advice and support while working towards sales targets in line with company forecasts. You will handle administration of the sales process, liaise with purchasers, prospective purchasers, and estate agents.

Our homes are designed to meet the needs of various buyers, including first-time buyers, second-steppers, downsizers, and investors. Each stage of the customer's home buying journey is crucial, and you will be committed to delivering a 5-star customer experience every time.

Main Responsibilities

As a Sales Executive, You Will Be Responsible For
Selling
  • Achieving target sales
  • Meeting with clients, assessing their needs, and qualifying
  • Price negotiation
  • Liaising with all interested parties (clients, solicitors, estate agents, etc.)
  • Customer follow-up
Administration
  • Conducting market research and competitor analysis
  • Maintaining the customer enquiry database
  • Recording customer details at reservation
  • Completing and distributing all required documentation

  • Personable, well-presented, and composed
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
