Marshall Motor Group in Nottingham is seeking a confident Car Sales Executive to guide customers through the full car-buying journey, from enquiry to handover. You will build lasting relationships, understand client needs, and tailor options for new, used, or finance solutions.

The role offers 40 hours per week, a £27,000 base with £50,000+ OTE, a company car, and a comprehensive benefits package including 25 days leave and pension. Training and progression are provided.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience, preferably in automotive or fast-paced customer environment.
• Good communication and rapport-building skills.
• Motivated by targets and professional polish.

• Participate in a 3-day bespoke Sales Training course and apply learnings on the floor.

In this role:

• You’ll be responsible for guiding customers through every stage of their car-buying journey, from first enquiry through to handover.
• You’ll build lasting relationships, take time to understand each customer’s needs, and help them find the right solution; whether that’s a brand-new vehicle, a quality used model, or tailored finance and insurance options throughout our non‑advised customer journey; you’ll learn all about it at our bespoke 3 day Sales Training course.

We're looking for:

• Someone with previous sales experience, whether in automotive or another fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
• Someone with good communication skills and a natural ability to build rapport, while thriving in a target-driven setting that rewards both performance and professionalism.
• Most importantly, someone who's passionate about delivering great outcomes and proud to represent a brand that people trust.
