Sales Executive

Are you looking for a new sales role in Middlesbrough?

Our client is a well-established, family-run engineering company with a proud history spanning nearly 80 years. With multiple locations across the Northeast of England, they have a proven track record of success and are committed to growth and innovation.

As part of their ongoing expansion, they are seeking a dynamic and motivated Trainee Sales Executive to join the team in their Middlesbrough office, with responsibilities extending across the entire company.

The successful candidate shows a relentless drive and determination to achieve and exceed targets and seek out new opportunities. They must be confident, with strong ability to think on their feet in order to manage the client and close sales.

Starting in the sales office, the role will initially focus on sales calls, booking demos for a new and exciting range of products and building rapport and winning orders from smaller clients. The role will develop into a full Sales Executive role with a focus on driving new business for the company within 24 months depending on the individual’s progression.

Full training plan will be given on both technical elements in the business and sales skills, including shadowing more senior staff. This is a very exciting opportunity for a highly ambitious individual to get into a sales role with significant growth opportunities.

The role pays up to £28,000.00 basic salary, with pension contribution, laptop and phone. The fully qualified role pays circa £60,000 OTE, with car provided. The fully qualified role will include travel across the country and possibly across Europe.
