What you’ll be doing

You will receive training to become knowledgeable about our products, allowing you to confidently sell them to customers using your developing sales skills.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Following up on warm sales leads, visiting customers at home or utilizing our new remote selling framework
  • Delivering persuasive business development pitches to convert quotes into sales
  • Educating customers about our products and services, thinking quickly and cross-selling where appropriate
  • Working with customers to meet their specific needs and ensuring quality delivery on the first attempt
What we’re looking for

You should be self-motivated and confident in communicating with customers at all levels. Our ideal candidate will be:

  • Proactive and results-oriented
  • Flexible with workload and working hours
  • Committed to providing high-quality customer service
  • Preferably experienced in home improvements or a similar field
  • A driver with a full UK driving license and your own vehicle
