What You’ll Do:

  1. Warm Leads Only: Speak with customers who have already applied for finance – no cold calling!
  2. Pipeline Management: Stay in regular contact with customers throughout their car-buying journey.
  3. Daily Calls: Connect with qualified customers, dealerships, and lenders to secure deals.
  4. Customer Compliance: Ensure every interaction meets compliance standards and provides clear, accurate advice.
  5. Teamwork: Collaborate with like-minded sales professionals and support your teammates to hit shared goals.
  6. Stay Informed: Keep up to date with the latest technology, lender products, and in-house processes.

What We’re Looking For:

  1. Sales Experience: At least 18 months in a sales environment.
  2. Ambition: A clear desire to succeed in sales and grow your career.
  3. Resilience & Drive: Ability to stay motivated in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  4. Consultative Selling: Skilled in understanding customer needs and providing tailored solutions.
  5. Communication Skills: Confident and articulate when engaging with clients and stakeholders.
  6. Team Spirit: Able to work independently while also contributing to a collaborative team culture.

  1. Competitive Salary: £26,500, rising to £30,000 based on performance.
  2. Average performers earn £45K+
  3. Top performers earn £80K+
  4. Commission is based on finance deals completed and warranty sales.

You’ll be given all the tools and training to succeed, including:

  1. First 10 days: Classroom-based learning to master systems, lender products, compliance, and sales techniques.
  2. 6-Week Academy Program: Hands-on training with ongoing support, including 1:1 coaching, refreshers, and tailored sales advice.
  3. Progression to a High-Performing Sales Team: After completing the academy and hitting your targets, you’ll join a high-performing sales team with ongoing mentoring to help you grow.
