Job summary

Powerforce GB is hiring an entry-level Field Sales Executive to cover Luton and surrounding areas. You will visit local independent and convenience stores to promote Haribo and Molson Coors brands and to build in-store displays and brand presence.

No prior sales experience is required. You will receive full training and coaching, with a company van and a base salary of £24,800 plus 20% bonus (OTE £29,760). Driving licence held for 12+ months is essential; automatic licences cannot be considered.

Looking to start a career in sales, FMCG or field marketing? This is a hands-on, entry-level Field Sales role working with two major household brands - Haribo and Molson Coors - through Powerforce, a multi-award-winning field marketing company.

You don’t need previous sales experience.

Full training, coaching and support are provided - we’re looking for attitude, potential and drive.

Important Driving Requirements

This role includes a company manual van.

You must hold a full UK manual driving licence for at least 12 months.

(Automatic-only licences cannot be considered)

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Field Sales Executive, you’ll visit independent and convenience stores across your local territory, learning how sales and brand marketing work in the real world.

• Relationship Building - Be the main point of contact for store owners and staff
• Sales & Visibility - Promote products, build displays and increase brand presence
• Retail Execution - Support availability, stock levels and in-store engagement
• Team Collaboration - Share best practice and learn alongside a supportive team

This is a practical, people-focused role where you learn by doing.
