Job summary

Powerforce GB is recruiting an entry-level Field Sales Executive to drive Haribo and Molson Coors across Bristol, Bath, Weston-Super-Mare, Bridgewater, Chippenham and surrounds. No prior sales experience required and full training is provided. You’ll visit local stores, learn retail execution and build strong relationships.

You must have a full UK manual driving licence for at least 12 months; a company van is provided. OTE £29,760 and progression opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Confident communicator with good people skills.
• Organised, proactive and keen to learn.
• No sales experience required – we hire for potential.
• Interested in building a long-term career in sales or FMCG.
• Full UK manual driving licence held for 12+ months (essential)

Responsibilities

• Visit independent and convenience stores across the local territory.
• Promote products, build displays and increase brand presence.
• Support stock levels and in-store engagement for retail execution.
• Share best practice and learn alongside a supportive team.
