Endeavour Automotive Ltd in Letchworth is seeking a Sales Executive for Volvo and Geely showrooms. You will deliver an engaging, informative customer experience and act as a brand advocate across our Volvo and Geely brands.

The role offers a base salary of £20,000 with uncapped commission and an expected OTE of around £50,000, with potential over £60,000 for top performers. A New Starter Guarantee Scheme supports you in the first two months.

Qualifications

• Experience in the automotive industry is preferred and you should have more than 1 year's experience in a progressive, customer-oriented retail, preferably automotive environment.

Sales Executive - Volvo Letchworth, Geely Letchworth

Salary: £20,000 plus commission with an uncapped OTE

Our commission structure is uncapped, meaningthere is no limit to your earning potential. Whilst the expected OTE is £50,000, high-performing Sales Executives may achieve earnings in excess of £60,000 per year.

Plus a New Starter Sales Executive Guarantee Scheme for the first two months to help you to really settle into the role.

What you'll do

The Sales Executive will work together with the wider team to consistently deliver an exceptional and informative experience to all current and future customers. The Sales Executive team are brand advocates, supporting their sales mission by creating memorable experiences for their customers.

As a Sales Executive, you will make sure that customers get inspiration and support to learn about the Endeavour Group from the moment they walk into the showrooms. You will assist in delivering an innovative and unforgettable customer experience.

You will also:

Your experience

To be successful in this role you will have a great eagerness to learn and passion for the Volvo and/or Geely brands, their dedication to design, and their commitment to sustainability. Experience in the automotive industry is preferred and you should have more than 1 year's experience in a progressive, customer-oriented retail, preferably automotive environment.

This role will require a valid driving licence, an acceptable safe driving record, and the ability to work weekends.
