Job summary

WE BUY ANY CAR LIMITED is seeking a Sales Executive in the United Kingdom. The role involves active customer engagement, car appraisals, price negotiations and driving branch performance. You will be the primary contact for customers, book and manage appointments, and strive to exceed sales targets.

The position offers a competitive salary, monthly and annual bonuses, and a comprehensive benefits package. A full UK manual driving licence is required and weekend work is possible.

Qualifications

• A current full UK manual driving license.
• Experience of working in a target driven environment.
• Customer-focused with excellent communication skills and telephone manner.
• Ability to work well under pressure and by yourself (lone working).
• Ability to organise and prioritise own workload.
• Be able to build lasting relationships with clients/customers.
• Excellent administration and IT skills.

Responsibilities

• Contact customers and prioritise your diary to achieve appointments and meet targets.
• Doing appraisals on cars, negotiating prices, closing deals and delivering exceptional customer service.
• Being the main point of contact for customers and ensuring the efficient running of branches.
• Liaising with back office and colleagues to support branch operations.

About The Role

Job: Sales Executive

Salary: £28,200 per year (OTE £35,220)

Bonus:Fantastic monthly bonus and annual bonus based on company performance

Hours: You will work 42.5 hours per week on a rotational shift pattern of 5 days on 2 days off. Weekend work is involved.

Responsibilities:

As a Sales Executive with WBAC you will:

• First-and-foremost our Sales Executives buy cars, but also ensure the efficient running of their branches. You are the main point of contact for our customers.
• Contact customers and prioritise your diary to achieve appointments and meet targets.
• Doing appraisals on cars, negotiating prices, closing deals, and delivering exceptional Customer service to our customers.
• Liaising with the back office and work colleagues through.
