Job summary

WE BUY ANY CAR LIMITED is seeking a Sales Executive in Birkenhead to join our team. You will be the main point of contact for customers, buy vehicles, and drive branch efficiency while meeting targets. A full UK driving licence and a customer‑facing mindset are essential. We offer a strong bonus scheme and progression opportunities.

The role involves 42.5 hours per week on a rotational shift pattern, with weekend work. Training will be provided for product knowledge and sales techniques.

Qualifications

• Current UK manual driving licence
• Experience in a target-driven environment
• Customer-focused with excellent communication skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and independently
• Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise workload
• Ability to build lasting relationships with clients/customers
• Excellent administration and IT skills

Responsibilities

• Buy cars as the primary duty, while ensuring the smooth operation of branches
• Contact customers and prioritise diary to secure appointments and hit targets
• Carry out car appraisals, negotiate prices, close deals and deliver outstanding customer service
• Liaise with back office and colleagues to ensure efficient branch operations

About The Role

Job: Sales Executive

Salary: £28,200 per year (OTE £35,220)

Bonus:Fantastic monthly bonus and annual bonus based on company performance

Hours: You will work 42.5 hours per week on a rotational shift pattern of 5 days on 2 days off. Weekend work is involved.

Responsibilities:

As a Sales Executive with WBAC you will:

• First-and-foremost our Sales Executives buy cars, but also ensure the efficient running of their branches. You are the main point of contact for our customers.
• Contact customers and prioritise your diary to achieve appointments and meet targets.
• Doing appraisals on cars, negotiating prices, closing deals, and delivering exceptional Customer service to our customers.
• Liaising with the back office and work colleagues through.

Requirements:

• A current full UK manual driving license
• Experience of working in a target driven environment
• Customer-focused with excellent communication skills and telephone manner
• Ability to work well under pressure and by yourself (lone working)
• Ability to organise and prioritise own workload
• Be able to build lasting relationships with clients/customers.
• Excellent administration and IT skills
