WE BUY ANY CAR LIMITED is seeking a Sales Executive in the UK to join our rapidly growing team. You will be the main point of contact for customers, carry out car appraisals, negotiate prices and close deals with a focus on delivering excellent service.

The role requires a full UK driving licence, a proven ability to work to targets, strong communication skills and the flexibility to work weekends as part of a 42.5‑hour week. A generous bonus structure and benefits accompany the position.

Responsibilities

About The Role

Job: Sales Executive

Salary: £28,200 per year (OTE £35,220)

Bonus:Fantastic monthly bonus and annual bonus based on company performance

Hours: You will work 42.5 hours per week on a rotational shift pattern of 5 days on 2 days off. Weekend work is involved.

Responsibilities:

As a Sales Executive with WBAC you will:

• First-and-foremost our Sales Executives buy cars, but also ensure the efficient running of their branches. You are the main point of contact for our customers.
• Contact customers and prioritise your diary to achieve appointments and meet targets.
• Doing appraisals on cars, negotiating prices, closing deals, and delivering exceptional Customer service to our customers.
• Liaising with the back office and work colleagues through.

Requirements:

• A current full UK manual driving license
• Experience of working in a target driven environment
• Customer-focused with excellent communication skills and telephone manner
• Ability to work well under pressure and by yourself (lone working)
• Ability to organise and prioritise own workload
