Job summary

WE BUY ANY CAR LIMITED is seeking a Sales Executive in the UK. The role offers a base salary of £28,200 per year with an OTE of £35,220, a 42.5-hour week on a 5-on/2-off shift pattern, and weekend work. You will be the main point of contact for customers, handling appraisals, negotiations, and delivering outstanding service.

Full training is provided; the company boasts over 500 branches and rapid growth, with a strong focus on customer-facing success and progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• A current full UK manual driving licence.
• Experience of working in a target driven environment.
• Customer-focused with excellent communication skills and telephone manner.
• Ability to work well under pressure and by yourself (lone working).
• Ability to organise and prioritise own workload.
• Be able to build lasting relationships with clients/customers.
• Excellent administration and IT skills.

Responsibilities

• Buy cars and ensure the efficient running of branches; main contact for customers.
• Contact customers and prioritise diary to achieve appointments and meet targets.
• Do appraisals on cars, negotiate prices, close deals, and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Liaise with the back office and work colleagues.
• Transport purchased vehicles to various locations such as BCA sites during quiet periods.

About The Role

Job: Sales Executive

Salary: £28,200 per year (OTE £35,220)

Bonus: Fantastic monthly bonus and annual bonus based on Company performance.

Hours: You will work 42.5 hours per week on a rotational shift pattern of 5 days on 2 days off. Weekend work is involved.

Responsibilities:

As a Sales Executive with WBAC you will:

• First-and-foremost our Sales Executives buy cars, but also ensure the efficient running of their branches. You are the main point of contact for our customers.


• Contact customers and prioritise your diary to achieve appointments and meet targets.


• Doing appraisals on cars, negotiating prices, closing deals, and delivering exceptional Customer service to our customers.


• Liaising with the back office and work colleagues through.


• You may be required to transport purchased vehicles to various locations such as BCA sites during quiet periods.
