Job summary

WE BUY ANY CAR LIMITED in Hull is seeking a Sales Executive to join our growing team. You’ll be the main contact for customers, handle car appraisals, negotiate deals, and drive sales targets while ensuring exceptional service.

You don’t need prior car knowledge; we train you. Expect a 42.5-hour week on a rotating pattern, weekend work, and competitive bonuses including a monthly and annual bonus; benefits include pension and healthcare, with opportunities to progress.

• Experience in a target-driven environment is essential.

• Excellent administration and IT skills are required.

Responsibilities

About The Role

Job: Sales Executive

Salary: £28,200 per year (OTE £35,220)

Bonus:Fantastic monthly bonus and annual bonus based on company performance

Hours: You will work 42.5 hours per week on a rotational shift pattern of 5 days on 2 days off. Weekend work is involved.

Responsibilities:

As a Sales Executive with WBAC you will:

• First-and-foremost our Sales Executives buy cars, but also ensure the efficient running of their branches. You are the main point of contact for our customers.
• Contact customers and prioritise your diary to achieve appointments and meet targets.
• Doing appraisals on cars, negotiating prices, closing deals, and delivering exceptional Customer service to our customers.
• Liaising with the back office and work colleagues through.

Requirements:

• A current full UK manual driving license
• Experience of working in a target driven environment
• Customer-focused with excellent communication skills and telephone manner
• Ability to work well under pressure and by yourself (lone working)
• Ability to organise and prioritise own workload
• Be able to build lasting relationships with clients/customers.
• Excellent administration and IT skills
