WE BUY ANY CAR LIMITED is seeking a Sales Executive in Ashington to join our fast-growing network of branches. You will buy cars, service customers, and drive branch performance through strong appointment-setting and deal-closing capabilities.

The role requires a current UK manual driving licence, excellent communication, and the ability to work under pressure in a target-driven environment. Training will be provided, with extensive opportunities for progression and bonuses.

• Current UK manual driving licence.

• Ability to work well under pressure and by yourself (lone working).

Responsibilities

• Buy cars and ensure the efficient running of branches; act as main contact for customers.
• Contact customers and prioritise your diary to achieve appointments and targets.
• Conduct car appraisals, negotiate prices, close deals and deliver outstanding customer service.
• Liaise with back office and colleagues.
• May transport purchased vehicles to locations such as BCA sites during quiet periods.

About The Role

Job: Sales Executive

Salary: £28,200 per year (OTE £35,220)

Bonus: Fantastic monthly bonus and annual bonus based on company performance

Hours: You will work 42.5 hours per week on a rotational shift pattern of 5 days on 2 days off. Weekend work is involved.

Responsibilities:

As a Sales Executive with WBAC you will:

• First-and-foremost our Sales Executives buy cars, but also ensure the efficient running of their branches. You are the main point of contact for our customers.


• Contact customers and prioritise your diary to achieve appointments and meet targets.


• Doing appraisals on cars, negotiating prices, closing deals, and delivering exceptional Customer service to our customers.


• Liaising with the back office and work colleagues through.


• You may be required to transport purchased vehicles to various locations such as BCA sites during quiet periods.

Requirements:
