Job Opportunity: Sales Executive

We’re seeking a talented Sales Executive for full-time work at our development in Hertford, SG14 1BA.

Role Overview: As a Sales Executive, you will significantly impact our customers' lives by introducing them to independent living. Your role involves proactively engaging with interested customers, advising them on their apartment purchase and lifestyle, and ensuring a positive experience from inquiry to move-in.

  1. Build strong relationships with customers to facilitate a hassle-free and positive experience.
  2. Be based onsite at the Welcome Centre, responsible for achieving sales targets and understanding the development to guide customers effectively.
  3. As the development progresses, demonstrate apartments using the show home center, equipped with floor plans, designs, and interior options.

You will collaborate closely with onsite Marketing, Customer Relations, Construction teams, and offsite agents and sales partners, managing sales through to completion.

About You:

Previous experience in new homes sales, especially in the retirement market, is preferred. Your calm, supportive approach will help ease customers' concerns during their decision-making process. Essential attributes include excellent customer relationship skills, a proactive attitude towards sales and marketing, professionalism, responsibility, interpersonal skills, IT proficiency, and a valid UK Driver’s Licence for off-site visits.
