Job summary

Webuyanycar is seeking a Sales Executive in the United Kingdom. You will be the primary contact for customers, manage appointments, and drive sales through car appraisals, price negotiations, and exceptional service. A full UK manual driving licence is required, plus experience in a target-focused sales environment.

Responsibilities

• Be the main contact for customers and drive branch performance.
• Contact customers, prioritise diary, and secure appointments to hit targets.
• Conduct car appraisals, negotiate prices, close deals, and provide excellent service.
• Coordinate with back-office and team members as needed.
• May transport bought vehicles to various locations during quieter periods.

Job: Sales Executive

Salary: £28,200 per year (OTE £35,220)

Bonus: Fantastic monthly bonus and annual bonus based on company performance

Hours: You will work 42.5 hours per week on a rotational shift pattern of 5 days on 2 days off. Weekend work is involved.

Responsibilities

• First-and-foremost our Sales Executives buy cars, but also ensure the efficient running of their branches. You are the main point of contact for our customers.
• Contact customers and prioritise your diary to achieve appointments and meet targets.
• Doing appraisals on cars, negotiating prices, closing deals, and delivering exceptional Customer service to our customers.
• Liaising with the back office and work colleagues through.
• You may be required to transport purchased vehicles to various locations such as BCA sites during quiet periods.

Requirements

• A current full UK manual driving licence
• Experience of working in a target-driven sales environment
• Customer-focused with excellent communication skills and telephone manner
• Ability to work well under pressure and by yourself (lone working)
• Ability to organise and prioritise own workload
• Be able to build lasting relationships with clients/customers
• Excellent administration and IT skills
• Proven sales experience with a demonstrated track record of achieving targets and building strong customer relationships.
