Job summary

Eastern Western Motor Group in Glasgow is seeking a proactive automotive Sales Executive to drive monthly targets across new, used, and demo cars while growing both finance and insurance income. You will appraise part exchanges, list vehicles on online platforms, and ensure demonstrations are compelling and well-presented.

Work closely with the sales team and other departments to optimise strategies, maintain accurate CRM records, and provide regular performance reports to management.

Job description

• Sales Target Achievement: Meet monthly sales targets for new, used, and demo cars, along with finance and insurance income, while adhering to internal sales procedures and maintaining accurate paperwork.
• Vehicle Appraisals & Marketing: Appraise part exchanges accurately, list vehicles on online platforms for visibility, and ensure company vehicles are maintained in pristine condition for demonstrations.
• Customer Relationships & Needs Analysis: Build and maintain strong customer relationships by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions through product presentations and test drives.
• Team Collaboration & Knowledge Sharing: Collaborate with the sales team, marketing, and other departments to optimise sales strategies, sharing insights and contributing to team success.
• Sales Records & Reporting: Track customer interactions using CRM tools, maintain accurate sales records, and generate regular reports on sales performance for management review.
