Job summary

WE BUY ANY CAR LIMITED in Dundee is looking for a proactive Sales Executive to join our growing team. You will be the main point of contact for customers, driving branch performance and delivering outstanding service.

The role offers a £22,200 base salary with OTE £35,220, plus fantastic monthly and annual bonuses. Expect 42.5 hours weekly in a 5 days on / 2 days off rotating pattern, with weekend work.

Qualifications

• Driving license required.
• Experience in a target-driven environment.
• Customer-focused with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and independently.

Responsibilities

• Sell and buy cars, be the main point of contact for customers.
• Contact customers and schedule appointments to meet targets.
• Perform car appraisals, negotiate prices, close deals, and deliver excellent service.
• Coordinate with back office and colleagues to ensure smooth operations.
• May transport vehicles to locations such as BCA sites when needed.

About The Role

Job: Sales Executive

Salary: £22,200 per year (OTE £35,220)

Hours: You will work 42.5 hours per week on a rotational shift pattern of 5 days on 2 days off. Weekend work is involved.

Responsibilities:

• First-and-foremost our Sales Executives buy cars, but also ensure the efficient running of their branches. You are the main point of contact for our customers.
• Contact customers and prioritise your diary to achieve appointments and meet targets.
• Doing appraisals on cars, negotiating prices, closing deals, and delivering exceptional Customer service to our customers.
• Liaising with the back office and work colleagues through.
• You may be required to transport purchased vehicles to various locations such as BCA sites during quiet periods.

Requirements:

• A current full UK manual driving license
• Experience of working in a target driven environment
• Customer-focused with excellent communication skills and telephone manner
• Ability to work well under pressure and by yourself (lone working)
• Ability to organise and prioritise own workload
• Be able to build lasting relationships with clients/customers.
• Excellent administration and IT skills
